On February 1, 2012, the ERCB and AGS experienced technical difficulties with its e-mail and voicemail systems. As a result, emails sent to addresses within the ERCB between 6:00 p.m., January 31, 2012 and 7:00 a.m., February 2, 2012 may not have been received by the intended recipient.
