ANNOUNCING THE ISSUANCE OF DIRECTIVE 067: APPLYING FOR APPROVAL TO HOLD EUB LICENCES
Directive 067: Applying for Approval to Hold EUB Licences is a compilation of Guide 67: Application Guide for Potential Licensees and Interim Directive (ID) 2000-7: Licence Eligibility and Qualifications for Potential Licensees and Agents.
Directive 067 contains no new requirements or policy for parties wishing to obtain approval to hold EUB licences, but does update data where required and provides clarification about the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board's (EUB's) policy in granting the rights of parties to hold licences.
Directive 067 supersedes Guide 67 and ID 2000-7.
Directive 067 is available on the EUB's Web site at www.ercb.ca and on paper from EUB Information Services at 640 5 Avenue SW, Calgary AB T2P 3G4.
