2007 Administration Fees Invoice Adjustment for Oil and Gas Sector Invoices

The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) announces an adjustment to the 2007 administration fee invoices in the oil and gas sector. This bulletin revises certain oil and gas sector matters as set out in Bulletin 2007-15.

An error was detected in the determination of the invoice amounts related to the oil and gas sector for the 2007 administration fee. The total amount of the sector allocation for oil and gas remains unchanged. In recalculating the individual invoice amounts, the adjustment factor has decreased from 0.943590 to 0.927061.

Operators will be mailed their respective adjustments on July 13, 2007. Any amounts owed to the EUB as a result of the adjustment are due August 13, 2007. Credits of $25 and over will be refunded by EUB cheque mailed on July 13, 2007. For amounts less than $25, a cheque may be requested or the credit will be applied to other amounts owing.
