Service Disruption to Energy Resources Conservation Board Web Site and Systems

Introduction
Access to the Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB) applications and external Web site will be disrupted over the Labour Day long weekend because of routine maintenance. The disruption will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, September 4, 2009, and end at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2009.

Services affected
This service disruption will specifically affect access to the following systems:

• ERCB Web site (www.ercb.ca) and all related ERCB Web sites
• Digital Data Submission
• Electronic Application Submission
• Board Order System
• IAR Query
• Proceeding Submission
• Proceeding Search
• E-mail

The ERCB will strive to minimize any impact to our external stakeholders. We appreciate your patience during this disruption.
