Reinstatement of ST13C: Alberta Gas Gathering System Activities Monthly Statistics
The Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB) ST13C: Alberta Gas Gathering System Activities Monthly Statistics contains the monthly volumetric data for gas gathering system activities, such as production, receipts, dispositions, and processes. The data are extracted once a month from the Petroleum Registry of Alberta (PRA). Each month, all prior cumulative months of the current year are refreshed to include amendments up to and including the December publication.
The previously published version of ST13C has been revised to display the same report format as ST13B: Alberta Gas Plant/Gas Gathering System Activities Monthly Statistics to serve our customers more efficiently and effectively. Data elements are listed below.
1 Reinstatement of the Excel (csv) Version of ST13C
1.1 Data Elements Displayed
Data are displayed in columns showing the activity quantities for each gas gathering system with a row for each month. Data elements displayed in the columns are as follows:
- Facility ID: an 11-character alphanumeric unique identifier assigned by the PRA identifies the province where the facility is located (2 characters) and the type of facility (2 characters), followed by a 7-digit number
- Facility Type, Facility Sub Type Code, and Facility Sub Type Short Description: identify the type of facility
- EDCT (Energy Development Category Type): identifies the energy development type the facility is currently licensed for, as well as the minimum consultation and notification requirements
- EDCT Description: in accordance with Table 5.1 of Directive 056: Energy Development Application and Schedules, the category type of a facility is dependent on the hydrogen sulphide and sulphur content of the inlet gas stream
- Facility Name: name of the facility as defined by the licensee in the PRA
- Field and Field Centre: area the facility is located in as assigned by the ERCB, and the ERCB Field Centre whose jurisdiction the facility falls under
- Location: the unique well identifier for this facility
- LE - Location Exception Code
- LSD - Legal Subdivision
- SEC - Section
- TWP - Township
- RG - Range
- M - Meridian (West of)
- First Volumetric Activity Date: the date when production was first reported
- Facility Operator/BA Name: the BA code and name of the operator as assigned in the PRA
- Facility Licence: the licence number as assigned by the ERCB
- Licensee Code/Name: the BA code and name of the ERCB licence holder
- Facility Latitude/Longitude: the latitude and longitude location of the facility
- Year/Month: the current reporting month that the report will be run for
- Shut In: displayed when a facility is shut in for the production month
- Activity Data Columns For Gas: Gas Production (1000 cu.m.), AB Receipt (1000 cu.m.), Non AB Receipt (1000 cu.m.), Battery Disposition (1000 cu.m.), Gathering System Disposition (1000 cu.m.), Gas Plant Disposition (1000 cu.m.), Injection Facility Disposition exc CO2 (1000 cu.m.), Injection Facility Disposition CO2 (1000 cu.m.), Meter Station Disposition (1000 cu.m.), Other Disposition (1000 cu.m.), AB Commercial Disposition (1000 cu.m.), AB Industry Disposition (1000 cu.m.), AB Residential Disposition (1000 cu.m.), AB Elec Gen Disposition (1000 cu.m.), SHR Acid Gas Disposition (1000 cu.m.), SHR Others Disposition (1000 cu.m.), Fuel Disposition (1000 cu.m.), Flared Disposition exc CO2 (1000 cu.m).
