Question:	Does an applicant have to file the complete audit package with a nonroutine application?
Answer:	The entire audit package must be submitted with an EUB deemed nonroutine application (all E category applications and new category C and D gas plants). Nonroutine-participant involvement and nonroutine-technical applications require that only the audit documentation applicable to the nonroutine issue (as specified in Tables 5.4, 6.4 and 7.6) be submitted with your application.
